How long does a typical project take?

Website projects typically run two to six weeks depending on scope; AI chat and voice deployments are usually measured in days to weeks. You get milestones and progress updates throughout.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes - our packages are priced for small and growing businesses, and every service choice is explained in plain terms before anything starts.

Can I customize my plan?

Yes. Plans can be mixed and matched, and the Omnixa bundles combine website, reputation, search, chat and voice into one subscription.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Website maintenance covers renewals, security, backups, updates and minor changes - and is included while an active Omnixa bundle subscription remains in place.
