Overview
Omnixa builds and maintains websites, and provides SEO, reputation, ads and AI chat/voice services. This policy explains what happens to information when you use omnixa.cc.cd or contact Omnixa. It is written to describe actual practice, not to read like generic boilerplate.
What this website collects
The contact and newsletter forms on this site submit directly through the site's own form handling. Omnixa receives exactly what you type: your name, email address, the service you select and your message. Nothing about your visit is profiled, sold or shared with advertising networks.
Like almost every website, the hosting layer keeps standard technical request logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to build behavioural profiles.
What Omnixa does with your details
Enquiries are used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you asked for. Newsletter signups are used only to send the Omnixa newsletter; every issue includes an unsubscribe route, and you can also ask to be removed by emailing hello@omnixa.cc.cd at any time.
Omnixa does not sell personal information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Client project data
During a project Omnixa may need access to a client's domain registrar, hosting account or ad platform. Access is limited to what the task requires and is removed when the engagement ends, except where records must be kept for invoicing or dispute resolution.
AI systems Omnixa deploys
Where a client engages Omnixa for an AI chatbot or AI voice receptionist, the assistant operates inside rules agreed with that client: what it may answer, what it may promise, and when it must hand over to a human. Call and chat records produced by those systems belong to the client business and are described in that client's own privacy notice.
Visitors to this website do not interact with any AI decision-making system.
Your choices
You can ask what information Omnixa holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion (except records Omnixa must keep for legal or invoicing reasons). Email hello@omnixa.cc.cd and you will get a response.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
Questions about anything here? Email hello@omnixa.cc.cd, message WhatsApp, or use the contact page.
